If you have the app
- Open EdLoop and sign in.
- Go to Settings (the gear at the top right of Home).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all the data listed below are deleted at once, on our servers and on your phone. This needs an internet connection.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@edloop.in from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account.
We delete the account and its data within 7 days and reply to confirm. We only act on requests sent from the same email address as the account, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address and Google account identifier
- Your practice history: answers, timed tests and scores, bookmarks and notes
- Your settings: exam, target year, daily goal and your own exam date
- Error reports you sent about questions
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. Combined statistics across all students, such as how many answered a question correctly, may keep counting your past answers without any link to you.
In the app, Settings → Clear progress deletes your practice history but keeps your account.
