EdLoop Terms of Service

For the website edloop.in and the apps EdLoop JEE (Android, package in.edloop.jee) and EdLoop EAPCET (Android, package in.edloop.eapcet). Last updated 26 October 2026.

In short. EdLoop is free and has no ads. Use it to study for yourself, be fair to other students, and do not copy the question bank. The questions come from past exams and the solutions are ours; we are not part of any exam body. We try hard to be correct but cannot promise marks or ranks.

Who we are

These terms apply to the website edloop.in and to the apps EdLoop JEE (Android, package in.edloop.jee) and EdLoop EAPCET (Android, package in.edloop.eapcet), which share one EdLoop account. “The app” below means either app. EdLoop is a brand of EDLOOP TECHNOLOGIES, a business registered in India (MSME, Udyam). “We” and “us” mean EDLOOP TECHNOLOGIES.

By installing the app, signing in or using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use EdLoop. If you are under 18, use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

The service

  • EdLoop is a free practice tool: past exam questions (JEE Main and AIEEE in EdLoop JEE; AP EAPCET and TS EAPCET in EdLoop EAPCET), with answer keys and solutions written by us, and ways to practise, time yourself and see your progress.
  • It has no advertising. If paid features or advertising are ever added, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy before they are released.
  • The questions are taken from papers published by the exam conducting bodies. The solutions, explanations, tags and the way everything is organised are our own work.
  • EdLoop is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), APSCHE, TGCHE (formerly TSCHE), JNTU or any other exam body. Exam names are used only to say which exam a question comes from.
  • We may change, pause or stop any part of the service, for example to fix errors or to keep it running.

Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. Keep your phone and Google account secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
  • One account is for one person. Give us true information if we ask for any.
  • You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account), or by following the account deletion page. What we keep and for how long is explained in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by copying the question bank or abusing live rooms.

Acceptable use

Please use EdLoop for your own study. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or republish the questions, answer keys, solutions or other content, by hand or with software, or use bots and scripts to read them;
  • try to get round the daily limits, the account checks or any other protection, or to break, overload or probe the service;
  • share your account, or use someone else’s;
  • use a name, avatar or room in a way that is abusive, hateful, sexual or misleading, or that pretends to be someone else;
  • cheat in a live room or make it unfair for others;
  • use EdLoop for anything unlawful.

Our content

The solutions, explanations, tags, design, the “EdLoop” name and the logo belong to EDLOOP TECHNOLOGIES. The exam questions belong to the bodies that published them. You may use all of it for your own non-commercial study; other use needs our written permission. If you send us a correction or a report, you allow us to use it to improve the question bank.

Live rooms

In a live test room, the others in the room can see the name you go by in EdLoop, your avatar, your progress in the race, and your score and rank at the end; they cannot see your email address or mobile number (see the Privacy Policy). Choose a name you are comfortable sharing. Names with abusive words are not shown, and we may remove a room or a player who spoils it for others.

YouTube and social media

EdLoop also publishes videos and posts on social media, including our YouTube channel. Content on those platforms is also governed by the platform’s own rules. On YouTube, by watching, commenting or otherwise interacting with our content you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to what Google collects. How we use YouTube API Services for our own channel is explained in the YouTube section of our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

  • EdLoop is provided “as is”. We take great care over every question, answer and solution, but mistakes can happen, and the official answer key or your teacher’s advice comes first. Please report errors in the app so we can fix them.
  • We do not promise any marks, rank, admission or result, and we cannot promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.
  • EdLoop is a practice aid, not a substitute for your syllabus, textbooks or teachers.

Liability

Because EdLoop is free, we are responsible to you only as far as the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of marks, rank, opportunity, data or time arising from your use of EdLoop. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date, and if a change matters we will say so in the app or on this page. If you keep using EdLoop after a change, you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
